The website is operated by The Browley Team, a Browley Enterprise LLC company, a Minnesota limited liability company. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Browley Team is a DBA of Browley Enterprise LLC, a private real estate investment company. We purchase residential property directly as a principal buyer. We are not a real estate brokerage. We do not list homes and we do not represent buyers or sellers. Contacting us creates no agency relationship. Program description. The Browley Team (Browley Enterprise LLC) operates a text message and calling program for homeowners who contact us about selling a property. Participation is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of any purchase, sale, or service.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent boxes on our contact form, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and asking us to reach you. Each type of consent is separate. You may give one and not the other.
Transactional and conversational messages. If you consent to these, you may receive text messages and phone calls related to your real estate inquiry, such as property details, responses to your questions, and appointment confirmations.
Marketing messages. If you separately consent to these, you may receive text messages and phone calls including property offers, promotions, and other real estate related marketing.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (612) 445-4225 and ask to be removed. We will remove you from every channel, not just the one you asked about.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, your plan, or network conditions.
Your data. Your information is secure and will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Requesting an offer is free and creates no obligation on either side. We are not obligated to make an offer on any property, and any offer we make is preliminary until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. A cash offer is typically below full retail market value, and you should compare it against a realistic net sheet from a licensed agent. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the phone number you provide belongs to you, and that you are authorized to receive messages at it. If your number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we do not contact someone else by mistake.
Please do not use this site to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest data, or for any unlawful purpose.
